Hello old friend, it’s been a while!

I’m not going to try to make up for lost time. I’m  just going to move forward. When I started writing, I didn’t have kids, now we have two. I still love to experiment and cook. I can’t find the time to exercise (no excuse but I do have a 3 year old and an 8 month old).

Any who. In the past few weeks I’ve started to feel a certain disconnect with myself and my habits. February s generally my bad month of the year. February is generally the coldest month here in Virginia, we don’t go outside as much, we eat a lot and end up drinking too much. Not toooo much, but probably more than we should. Ghee and Almond Butter

Enter my plan. I started thinking this past weekend, I would love a reset button. Something to just step back, reset and refocus on my eating, health and fitness. Hello Whole30. Ok, so I could have chosen a less challenging step but that’s not me.

So here goes. The next posts will be my Whole30 journey. And if I’m brave enough at the end I’ll post my before and after (but no promises).
