In My Pantry Now

Things have really changed in the Bee Scutter household. While having a stocked pantry is still essential in being prepared to cook, my pantry looks much different now. Before my Whole30 and Paleo adventures began, this would have been my stocked pantry.

And after, a stocked pantry is a little more like this:

Pantry:

  • White Vinegar
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Coconut Oil
  • Coconut Butter
  • Almond Butter (or Cashew Butter)
  • Clove of Garlic
  • Chicken Broth (at least two cans or one box)
  • Petite/Regular Diced Tomatoes (2 cans plain or seasoned)
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Crushed Tomatoes
  • Pizza Sauce (complaint brand)
  • Raisins
  • Walnuts
  • Pecans
  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Coconut Flour
  • Almond Meal/Flour
  • Tapioca Flour
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • Unsweetened Coconut Shreds
  • Chocolate (Unsweetened and Semi-sweet)
  • 100% Cacao Powder
  • Unprocessed Whole Cane Sugar
  • Unprocessed Dark Brown Sugar
  • Coconut Milk (w/o guar gum)
  • Larabars for snacks

Spice Cabinet: Now don’t freak out it’s a lot and some things can be pricey. I bought these over time and you will too.

  • All-purpose Salt
  • Sea Salt (yes there is a difference)
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Garlic Salt
  • Black Pepper (I should use peppercorns but I just don’t for some reason)
  • Red Pepper (Cayenne)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Chili Powder
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Dried Basil
  • Dried Thyme
  • Dried Dill
  • Dried Oregano
  • Dried Sage
  • Celery Seed
  • Dried Parsley (usually buy this in the big size)
  • Old Bay
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Ground Gloves
  • Ground Nutmeg
  • Ground All Spice
  • Ground Ginger
  • Cream of Tarter (for baking)
  • Baking Soda
  • Homemade Baking Powder (1 tsp baking powder = 1/4 tsp baking soda + 1/2 cream of tartar)
  • Honey
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • Cavendar’s All-Purpose Greek Seasoning

  • Taco Seasoning
  • Chili Seasoning
  • Southwest Seasoning
