In my Fridge & Freezer

Again, I make my life much easier by keeping a certain few things in my fridge and freezer. Some of these things are basicswhich you’ll have in your house because you’re human, but they are also helpful for cooking!

  • Milk
  • Half and Half (my hub uses in coffee, but it’s helpful with cooking!)
  • I Can’t Believe its Not Butter
  • Unsalted butter sticks
  • 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Shredded Cheddar
  • Horseradish – usually creamy, extra hot
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Lite Mayo
  • Ketchup
  • Gorgonzola/Blue Cheese
  • Worcestershire
  • Soy Sauce
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Eggs
  • Can of pizza dough
  • White Wine (they have little boxes that you can reseal, very easy for cooking with)
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Balsamic-based salad dressing
  • Lite Italian Dressing
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Sriracha
  • Bagged Spinach
  • Lime Concentrate
  • Lemon Concentrate


  • Frozen Chicken Breasts (individually wrapped ones rule, Costco has them!)
  • Frozen Shrimp
  • Pork Tenderloins
  • Meatballs
  • Ground Beef
  • Ground Turkey
  • Frozen broccoli
  • Frozen lima beans
  • Frozen edamame, shelled
  • Frozen mixed vegetables
  • Small container of Lite whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • Ice cream (just for eating ice cream)
