Again, I make my life much easier by keeping a certain few things in my fridge and freezer. Some of these things are basicswhich you’ll have in your house because you’re human, but they are also helpful for cooking!
- Milk
- Half and Half (my hub uses in coffee, but it’s helpful with cooking!)
- I Can’t Believe its Not Butter
- Unsalted butter sticks
- 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Shredded Cheddar
- Horseradish – usually creamy, extra hot
- Dijon Mustard
- Yellow Mustard
- Lite Mayo
- Ketchup
- Gorgonzola/Blue Cheese
- Worcestershire
- Soy Sauce
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Eggs
- Can of pizza dough
- White Wine (they have little boxes that you can reseal, very easy for cooking with)
- Ranch Dressing
- Balsamic-based salad dressing
- Lite Italian Dressing
- BBQ Sauce
- Buffalo Wing Sauce
- Sriracha
- Bagged Spinach
- Lime Concentrate
- Lemon Concentrate
Freezer:
- Frozen Chicken Breasts (individually wrapped ones rule, Costco has them!)
- Frozen Shrimp
- Pork Tenderloins
- Meatballs
- Ground Beef
- Ground Turkey
- Frozen broccoli
- Frozen lima beans
- Frozen edamame, shelled
- Frozen mixed vegetables
- Small container of Lite whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- Ice cream (just for eating ice cream)
