This meal was one of the first recipes I discovered over at Six Sisters Stuff. There are some nights you just want to toss some chicken in a crockpot and be done with it.
2 chicken breasts
1 packet dry zesty Italian dressing
1/2 (4 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
- Place chicken in a slow cooker and sprinkle with Italian dressing
- Combine cream cheese and cream of chicken soup in a pot over low heat and warm until melted through; pour over chicken.
- Cook on low 4-6 hours
- Once chicken is done, use two forks to shred
- Serve chicken over cooked pasta or rice
