Really, is there anything better than steak and potatoes?
Although, I’ll admit I’m really not into the fatty steaks. This was a NY Strip which happened to be on sale. I should have taken a photo of the remnants on the plate.
The potatoes on the other hand were perfect. Seasoned with a packed of ranch dressing mix and baked to a golden brown perfection. I’m kind of into potatoes right now, big time.
